If the furniture you receive is not what you expected, we have a clear and fair return policy to support you. Please take a few minutes to read the details below.
General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
Furniture from Myzieape can be returned within 90 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must remain in its original condition, showing no signs of use, and include all parts, accessories, and packaging. Because our furniture is often designed to be assembled at home, we kindly ask that any product being returned is disassembled before shipping. This helps ensure safe transport and reduces the chance of further damage. A proof of purchase, such as your invoice or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
Returns Due to Myzieape’s Fault
In some cases, an item may arrive damaged during shipping, with a technical defect, or not matching the model and color ordered. When this happens, it is considered our responsibility. If you encounter such an issue, simply contact us within the return period and share your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
Once confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so there is no cost to you. When the returned item arrives back at our workshop, you can choose to receive a replacement piece (if available) or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
Returns for Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes a piece of furniture may not fit the style or space as expected. In these cases, you may still return it, provided it remains in good condition and within the return window. For these returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs back to our address. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and repacking the item carefully—ideally in its original box and with protective materials. As our furniture can be dismantled, please ensure the product is taken apart before sending to reduce damage in transit.
Once we receive the return and confirm that the product is intact, we will refund the value of the item. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable in these cases.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned unless defective on our part. These include gift cards and final sale products marked clearly at the time of purchase.
How to Return
To begin the process, please email us at [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and for damaged or defective products, please attach photos or videos. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you instructions, including a prepaid label if the return is due to our fault.

Money Back Guarantee: Time and Method
At Myzieape, we want refunds to be simple and clear. Once we receive your returned furniture and confirm its condition, we will begin the refund process. This usually takes no more than five business days.
Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method you used when placing the order, such as your credit card or PayPal account. We do not issue store credit unless you specifically request it.
As soon as your refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that while we complete our part within five business days, your bank or card provider may take an additional three to seven business days to release the funds into your account. This timing depends on your provider, but rest assured that we handle our side as quickly as possible.
When returning a product, we kindly ask that you disassemble the furniture (if it is a removable design) so it can be safely packed and shipped back to us. This helps protect the item during transport and speeds up the refund process once it arrives.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return is accepted under our policy, you will receive your full refund without extra charges.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
All of our wooden furniture is processed within one to two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are usually prepared on the same business day.
