Craftsmanship & Artistic Vision

Founded in 2024 in Westchester, California, Myzieape began as the dream of five young artisans and designers who wanted to transform everyday furniture into something more than objects of use. From the start, we imagined furniture as living pieces of art—creations that carry both beauty and function in equal measure.

Every bookshelf, table, or stand begins with the natural grain of the wood. It is shaped with care, touched by skilled hands, and completed as a piece that feels timeless yet personal. In just twelve months, more than 350 handmade wooden pieces have found their way into homes across the United States. Each one reflects the balance of skill, inspiration, and artistry that has helped Myzieape grow from a small workshop into a name familiar to many families.

Nature & Sustainability

For us, wood is not just a material—it is part of nature’s gift. From the beginning, we have chosen to work with natural wood from FSC®-certified suppliers, allowing each piece to carry a clear and transparent origin.

Much of our work is shaped from reclaimed pine, oak, or driftwood, giving new life to wood that already has a story of its own. The finishes are made with natural oils and water-based varnishes, which keep the wood’s character alive while remaining safe and gentle for the home.

Bringing a Myzieape piece into a house is not just about filling space with furniture. Many of our customers describe it as joining a lifestyle that feels greener, calmer, and more thoughtful—a way of living where the beauty of nature has a place in everyday life.

We believe that a beautiful home is not only about decoration, but also about harmony between what is artistic and what is useful. Each design at Myzieape is made to bring warmth and personality to a room, while also helping organize daily life in a simple and reliable way.

Over the past year, our wooden bookshelves have shown their value in real use. With load capacities of 40–60 kilograms, heights between 150 and 180 centimeters, widths from 60 to 90 centimeters, and boards 18–25 millimeters thick, they have proven steady and dependable in living rooms, bedrooms, and offices. Many families have shared how these shelves became more than storage—they became accents that add character to their spaces.

What means the most to us is the connection we share with our community. Within twelve months, over seventy percent of our customers have returned for additional pieces, from coffee tables to work desks. To us, this shows that “functional beauty” is not only a design approach, but something that grows naturally in daily living.

Who We Are

Myzieape was created by a small group of artisans and designers who share a love for natural, handcrafted interiors. From the start, we chose a direct-to-customer model, so that every product could travel directly from our workshop to its new home. This allows us to stay close to the making process, keep pricing clear, and remain flexible for personal requests.

Our workshop is located at 8031 Bleriot Ave, Westchester, CA 90045, with a space of more than 250 square meters. Inside, you will find both modern tools, like CNC cutting machines, and dedicated areas for sanding, hand finishing, display, and storage. Each step is designed to blend precision with the personal touch of craftsmanship.

Our Products

At Myzieape, wood takes many forms—from bookshelves and coffee tables to chairs and work desks—each designed to blend natural charm with everyday function. Our signature piece remains the handmade wooden bookshelf, often called the “Tree Bookshelf.” Inspired by the organic shapes of nature, it serves both as a practical place for storage and as an artful accent that brings character to any room.

Alongside this, we create a growing range of tables, chairs, and other wooden furniture, all crafted with the same care for detail and durability. Customers can choose from ready-made collections—including tree-shaped shelves, wall-mounted designs, and rustic-style tables—that are available for quick delivery across the United States. For those who want something more personal, we also take on custom projects, where size, carvings, or finishes can be adjusted to fit a home’s unique style.

All of our furniture is built from carefully chosen pine, oak, or driftwood. With sturdy construction, each piece is made to last: shelves can carry 50–70 kilograms per level, tables are built to remain stable over time, and chairs are finished for strength and comfort. Surfaces are treated with natural oils and safe coatings that highlight the wood’s warmth while helping protect it from wear.

How We Work

Every piece of furniture follows a thoughtful process before it arrives in someone’s home. The wood is first tested for moisture, strength, and grain quality, then shaped with modern CNC machines for precision. After that, our artisans step in—sanding, carving, and finishing by hand to bring out the natural beauty of the wood.

The finishing touch comes with oils or varnishes that are chosen to enhance the character of the material while keeping it safe for daily use. Before leaving the workshop, each bookshelf, table, or chair is carefully inspected for balance, durability, and appearance.

For custom designs, we follow a simple but personal journey: discussion, sketching, production, and final review. This way, the finished piece feels like it was always meant to belong in the customer’s space.

The Team

In our first year, Myzieape has grown into a team of twelve who work closely together. Designers explore new ideas and keep track of rustic, natural, and sustainable décor trends. Craftsmen bring these ideas to life, while our quality control team checks every detail before shipping. Our customer care team responds within 24 working hours by email, phone, or live chat.

Our website uses secure payment systems such as PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. We ship nationwide through UPS, FedEx, and DHL, with clear tracking provided for every order. In the past year, we have served more than 500 customers across 18 states, and we continue to welcome new homes into the Myzieape community.
